Serving as manufacturers’ representatives licensed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), Members of Drinks Ontario are committed to the legal and responsible sale and promotion of beverage alcohol products within the province of Ontario.

Consistent with all applicable federal and provincial government liquor legislation (Liquor Control Act, Liquor Licence Act, Importation of Intoxicating Liquors Act, etc.), and in full partnership with the LCBO (Liquor Control Board of Ontario), the Members of Drinks Ontario are dedicated to employing ethical business practices while serving the marketing needs of their suppliers.
